Sean Dougall and Andrew Paulson explore space through collaborations, installations, and experimentations. Using narrative as the thread that binds ideas together, their unique take on visual storytelling is the starting point for the creation of objects that straddle the fine, decorative, and graphic arts. Based out of a former lightbulb factory in Watts, California—an area that embodies the creative spirit, fantasy, and history of a city—Dougall Paulson approach their practice with a focus on curiosity and discovery.

A sculptor, Dougall received an Emmy nomination and designed many of the largest concerts and events of the last decade. Paulson, a former editor and literary agent, is a self-taught fiber artist and weaver. As craftsmen, Dougall Paulson seek beauty through brand-new forms of highly sculptural art, furniture, lighting, and objects, as well as interior experiences, multidisciplinary installations, branding and graphic identities, and art direction.
